Chicfit: How to a healthy new YOU!

Remember the time when you open the net, all these" how to lose weight in 10 easy steps" ads always catch your attention?..Your heart is pounding.. thinking that bigger secrets will be revealed and that there are weight loss tips that could slim down your 70 kilograms to 45 kg. body. Your pulse is racing, that finally, thinking that you get to cheat and you're on your way to a beach body in no time.Well, you're definitely wrong. I, too was a victim.. After clicking so many sites, searching about it. I was disappointed because none of which really made me lose my weight and just to summarize it all..It just screamed DISCIPLINE. Which Obviously I don't have.

My weight Issue story

When I gave birth, I didn't really gain a lot of pounds. Believe me,when I was pregnant,my weight was 53 kilograms. How amazing is that? The problem started after the pregnancy when I started gaining weight faster than I thought. I was so busy with the baby, stressed at work and lacked sleep. I turned to food as my stress reliever ( you cant blame me, I was so lost..=)) It was an instant solution to my gratification. Food made me happy and my little bundle of joy. (of course!). Soon, my pants got too tight ( first indication of weight gain)and my uniform would not fit me. I panicked, long enough to be stepping on the weighing scale for the first time in 8 weeks. Horrified, that from 48, I'm now 62 kilograms and I can't help myself for a second serving of meat. Oh Life!..It was worst when I lost my job, and gained more and more to handle.Then it hit me!..Am I gonna be like this for life?..My self-esteem moved down as my wieght moved up.I finally came to my realization. I want to lose weight. But I know I couldn't do it on my own. So I need you guys. I'm going to start blogging about it. You can comment below your own tips and lets get fit together. I know that the hardest part is the will to begin.

Let me share to you 3 steps that motivated me to lose weight.

Number 1. Be inspired!. 
Inspiration to lose weight is important rather than making it a chore.Look for healthy magazines or search the net and read blogs.Everyday I watch Youtube videos about getting fit and it inspires me a lot.

Number 2. Be committed. 
In order for you to become successful, you need to commit yourself to that thing. Just look at that pair of pants in your closet waiting for nothing. 

Number 3. Start walking, Eat healthy and Live your life to the fullest!.

That's a lot for the last tip. One mistake we can commit in here is not living your life to  the fullest. We all have problems.Depression can put a great deal in our weight, indulgence can lessen the burden we have in life. Remember that what matters most is how we get up from all of this craziness.We just have to start walking and put our butts towards the price.

I'm not gonna tell you about discipline because I'm not the expert on that. Discipline is a thing you can only find within you. But It needs to be exercised. Make sense,right?Lets get started guys.Hope you enjoyed
