Sulitpinay Review : Mary Kay Timewise CC cream
9:17 AM
Hi lovely!
Do you feel the romantic breeze of February? Isn't it amazing how people became extra friendly and thoughtful?.( apart from Christmas of course!) We girls, love to be a little presentable but don't really want to go overboard every time we go on a date. We still want our man to recognize us on that romantic day, right?.
In this case, CC creams might be in handy for this time of the year. This month's sulitpinay review is all about the Mary Kay TimeWise CC cream. If you are looking for the perfect lightweight face product with light to medium coverage , I say, you give this one a try.
The product is in tube form like the company's foundation. It has a pump cap that for me is hygienic and very easy to use. With one pump, you will be able to obtain a pea size portion which is very economical. The price for the 29 mL CC Cream was 825.00 Philippine pesos (18.64 US Dollars). All products by MARY KAY can be purchased only from a beauty consultant.
It has two available shades Light ( which is for medium to fair skin ladies) and Light to medium ( which is for dark to medium skin ).
THE SMELL
The ink-like smell of the cream was not too strong and was barely there when applied unto the face.
THE APPLICATION
Applying the product was effortless. It was so smooth when applied to the face and very blendable. You can use it with a foundation brush, beauty blender or your clean hands. May I suggest that you apply it with a tapping motion on the area under your eyes and avoid dragging it to fused the product more unto the skin. I did not use concealer when I was applying this product but if you want more coverage then you may apply it after the CC cream. You may also apply it beneath your foundation. This acts as a good primer for your face as well.
AFTER APPLICATION
My face felt moisturized and soft..After application, I felt the need for my translucent powder just because I have oily skin and I am using it for my whole day at work. But if dewy skin is what you are looking for, you may also opt to skip powder.
It has a very light coverage but it has corrected any redness and any small imperfections that I have.It offers sun protection from UVA and UVB which is great for day to day application (SPF 15).
I enjoyed the product very well and for me it's a Sulitpinay YES. It is a lightweight product, very blendable and you can build up the coverage. CC creams do act as make-up but their primary function is skin care plus correcting any facial discoloration. It is also great for day application because of it's SPF 15 and anti-aging properties. I have tried BB creams to CC creams in the market but so far this is the one to beat.
